My initiative, in partnership with Live to Inspire Charitable Trust, aimed to go beyond addressing the immediate need for menstrual hygiene among girls. By offering eco-friendly solutions, I not only promote health but also advocate for sustainable practices.
I spearheaded a biohazard bin drive within a community of around 100 members, where I personally visited homes to distribute bins and raise awareness about the importance of sanitation. Through direct engagement, I explained how proper disposal of hazardous waste can prevent health risks, environmental pollution, and contamination. This initiative not only empowered individuals to take responsibility for their waste management but also fostered a collective effort towards building a safer, cleaner society.
